Frontier City is very clear on their policy with unexpected weather. The park will remain open but some or all rides may close during the thunderstorm and usually open shortly after the severe weather has passed.

Frontier City's policy states that no outside food and drinks are allowed inside parks property.  Although Frontier City does allow bottled water inside the gates.

All lost kids should either go directly go to Guest Relations or find a team member to assist them finding Guest Relations. Parents that have lost a child should report the missing child at Guest Relations.

Yes. There are currently three drinking fountains in the park. The first fountain is located next to the exit of the Log Ride. The fountain looks like a wishing well. The next fountain is located next to the Wild Kitty outside the restrooms. The other fountain is located accross from the Steel Lasso in front of the family restrooms.

Yes. You must have your hand stamped at the exit of leaving the Front Store. Non stamped hands will not be gained re-entry.

Yes. The family restroom opened in 2008 and is located directly across from the Steel Lasso and next to Thunderbird Stage. The private rooms are on the front of the building with the regular restrooms on the sides.
